Une fois n'est pas coutume, la banlist reste inchangée et de même pour la watchlist, pour quasi les mêmes raisons qu'en janvier dernier (peu de tests et de tournois ne justifiant pas suffisamment la puissance de certaines cartes pas bannies ou la "sous-puissance" d'autres cartes bannies) :
